Your Job
The Lead Data Awareness & Education will be responsible for creating & executing of the Data Awareness & Education roadmap. The team drives the transformation of ABN AMRO Clearing towards a data driven bank via the development of training programs, workshops, and informative communication to increase the level of knowledge of the data management capabilities and to stimulate their use. In addition, this team drives initiatives to change the mindset and behavior of the (Data Domain) organization.
As Lead Data Awareness & Education it is your task to grow, manage and develop data literacy by enabling community building, learning and partner with stakeholders within the bank to further build on our data foundation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase data literacy among employees at all levels of the organisation. The fun of the position lies in the broad scope of areas of attention and contact with many stakeholders – across the globe.
Working Environment
The Lead Data Awareness & Education is part of the Data Office team within Clearing Data Management. Clearing Data Management consists of the teams: Data Office, Data Value Creation and Data Products, and the Regional Teams (EU, US, and APAC) and report to the Data Domain Owner (DDO).

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, data management, or strategy.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering transformation and education programs, preferably in a corporate setting;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey challenging concepts in a clear and accessible manner;
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals;
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Understanding of data management concepts, principles and practices is a pré;
- Affinity with the financial security industry is a bonus;
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus).

We are offering
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
