Data Management & Architecture (DM&A) at ABN AMRO is looking for strong Data Engineers. Data Management & Architecture (DM&A) is responsible for data management and architecture of the ABN AMRO and consists of about 600 people. Your role

•    Design, Develop and Enhancing API’s
•    Familiar with Azure services and picking the right service which brings in more value for the application
•    Explore new ideas, solutions and implement them to keep the backend application safe & secure
•    Expertise in data modeling and database technologies
•    Expertise in REST design concepts

You will be part of a talented Dev/Ops team with strong peer developers that have one thing goal in common; to ensure that we’re able unlock the power of our data. The application you will be maintaining is one used by the colleagues all over the bank. Our users will directly feel the impact of the changes you deploy.

Your profile

•    This role asks for an open, collaborative and innovative person, someone that likes to improve, solve problems and share knowledge and vision
•    Experience in developing Rest API’s and troubleshooting the issues with the API’s
•    Extensive Experience with at least one the Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask) 
•    Preferable Experience with using Django Rest Framework 
•    Experience with database ORMs, ideally with Django's ORM
•    Familiar with Azure services
•    Experience with using Azure cloud for Deployments (DevOps)
•    However, your experience and ability to solve problems and a positive mindset is just as important 😉
