ABN AMRO's strategic program, Credit Facility Management, plays a crucial role in managing loans (Credit Facilities). As part of the Credits Capability Grid department, we are digitizing customer data and building a new central credit platform. Your role will be crucial in shaping our future, identifying business needs and translating them to towards tactical roadmaps.
Your job
We seek experienced strategy & change consultants to support and strengthen our organization. Our new to form team consists of Strategy Consultants, a Data Manager and a Business Process Manager. If you are up for either of these challenging roles, read on to learn more!
Working environment
Join our dynamic team in the Credits Capability Grid, a vital part of Lending Transformation within the Product Unit Financing Solutions (FS) at ABN AMRO. As a key member, you will contribute to providing our customers with the best-suited credit solutions. Your focus will be on Credit Facility Management, working directly with the Capability Owner to ensure seamless orchestration, oversight, and monitoring of all aspects related to Credit Facility Management. Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and credit experts to make a meaningful impact in our Credit Engine. You will be part of a small and agile team of 5-6 FTE, dedicated to excel in credit facility management. Embrace this opportunity to drive innovation and excellence together with our close-knit team.
Your profile
Become a dynamic and enthusiastic team member with the following profile:
• Professional Experience: 5-10 years in strategic consulting, focusing on Financial Institutions.
• MSc level education with specialization in this field.
• Strong Personality: Confident and professional with excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills. Thrives in diverse teams.
• People Management: Inspiring leader, skilled in managing and motivating teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Flexible and creative problem solver, finding practical solutions for success.
• Business and IT-Architecture: Familiar with business and IT-architecture, process design, and management.
• Expertise: In-depth understanding of credit products, processes, regulations, data, and/or IT.
• Project Management: Experienced in organising, structuring and aligning work packages and roadmaps.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
We are looking for specialism in or a combination of;
• Strategy Consultancy: defining tactical and strategic vision together with the Capability Owner and translating this in tangible work packages for our delivery streams.
• Data Strategy: vision on data management, golden sources and data lineage throughout value chains.
• Business Process Management: drive process optimisations throughout the credit lifecycle, remove manual interventions and ensure business functions are well orchestrated.

We are offering
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
