Your job

As a Technical Intern in the A&PS department, you will support various activities that contribute to the overall design and architecture of ABN AMRO's IT platforms. In your role, you will:

• Support meeting facilitation and documentation.
• Help coordinate team events and technical sessions.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations and demos.
• Manage digital invites and calendar logistics.
• Organise and upload structured documentation.
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Create and maintain visual presentation materials.

Your working environment

ABN AMRO is a leading Dutch bank with an international presence. Our A&PS department is responsible for overseeing platform strategies, architecture control, and governance managed by Design Authorities. You will join a tight-knit team of fewer than 40 people who love to collaborate and enjoy department events. We have a hybrid work model, typically working from the CCAN office in Amstelveen only on Mondays.

Your profile

Passion for technology and a basic understanding of IT platforms and IT architecture are essential. You should have an interest in cloud technologies like Azure and SaaS and be familiar with Microsoft 365 tools. A WO or HBO educational background in an IT-related field is preferred.

Check your profile:

• Enrolled in a Dutch (WO or HBO) university, studying a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or Cybersecurity, for the duration of the internship.
• Available to start as soon as possible, for a minimum of 6 months.
• Basic understanding of IT platforms and architecture.
• Interest in cloud technologies (Azure, SaaS).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team setting.
