Your job
As part of the Value Proposition Team (VPT), you’ll focus on optimizing change implementations for the Financial Risk Grid. This means translating complex Finance and Risk regulatory requirements into concrete, actionable proposals for implementation by various change teams.
The Financial Risk Grid supports a broad range of processes within Finance and Risk, making it a diverse and dynamic environment. Together, we aim to redefine how we work—building a more agile, efficient, and forward-looking organization.
Working environment
As a Credit Risk Consultant, you’ll lead large, complex implementation projects that impact the entire credits value chain. Your work will focus on critical Financial Risk processes and applications, including IRB model implementation, Credit Risk RWA calculation, Economic Capital calculation, IFRS9, Stress Testing, and related calculators.
Your responsibilities include:
• Strategic Roadmap Creation: Develop detailed roadmaps with stakeholders across the bank, taking into account evolving IT landscapes. Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: Lead the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Represent projects in steering committees and foster alignment across business units, reporting teams, and other stakeholders.
• Implementation Delivery: Design solutions for complex, cross-value chain changes. Act as the link between solution design and implementation, providing guidance and resolving queries from various grids and programs.
You’ll contribute to creating a future-ready Finance and Risk landscape, enhancing the bank’s agility in meeting stakeholder and regulatory demands. Depending on the assignment, your role may range from general coordination to deep specialization in specific areas.
Your profile
You’re an experienced professional with a proven track record in Credit Risk, project management, and complex change environments. You are proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.
Your qualifications:
• Experience: At least 5 years in relevant roles, preferably within large financial institutions or consulting firms. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects.
• Education: A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
Your skills:
• Project and Stakeholder Management: Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Credit Risk Expertise: A solid understanding of credit risk and the Capital Requirements Regulation.
• Analytical and Data-Driven: Sharp analytical mindset and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organizational Awareness: Sensitivity to organizational dynamics and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
We are offering
• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month. • Five weeks of vacation per year.
