Your job

As Data Management Consultant (BCBS#239 focus) you play a pivotal role in the Data Organization of Asset Based Finance (ABF). ABF recently transformed its data organization by implementing new data governance and making significant strides in enhancing its data management capabilities in strong collaboration and alignment with ABN AMRO Bank.

Your expertise will add value through practical support in end-to-end data management. You will be the essential link connecting Data Product Owners, Report Owners and Creators, and Data Stewards, enabling them to deliver compliant data-products and key reports.

 

Some examples of your responsibilities:

  • Support key-data management processes using BCBS#239 as a benchmark
  • bridging data users and data stewards and educate peers on data management concepts.
  • Map data elements and translate risk metrics to data elements
  • Maintain oversight to ensure compliance with data and risk governance and management
  • Conduct annual BCBS#239 assessments and identify areas for improvement in data.

Our team of Business Consultants is committed to driving, advising and monitoring end-to-end data management initiatives, including data risk and compliance. Your profile

Your Profile:

  • Self-starter with strong communication skills.
  • Min. 2-5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. as a business analyst / consultant) 
  • Higher education degree (HBO/WO)
  • Experience and knowledge of data management concepts and best practices (e.g., DAMA DMBOK)
  • Prior experience with BCBS#239 is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • EU passport or residency in the Netherlands.
