Your job
As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in optimizing HR processes and systems while ensuring they align with business needs and user expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
Process Optimization & System Requirements: Translating HR processes into system requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement with a focus on usability and user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaging with HR colleagues, IT teams, and SaaS suppliers to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables in a complex stakeholder environment.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Creating test scripts, facilitating testing with stakeholders, and participating in system testing to ensure high-quality outcomes and a seamless implementation of solutions.
Daily Operations Support: Assisting with daily run operations, managing tickets, including resolving employee inquiries, and troubleshooting system issues.
Change Management: Conducting risk assessments for upcoming system changes and supporting IT change implementations within the HR department.
Your role will require a combination of technical expertise, process knowledge, stakeholder management and a focus on delivering results that enhance the employee experience.

Your profile
We are looking for a critical thinker and proactive self-starter with the following qualities:
Technical Expertise
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Developer.
Practical experience in optimizing HR applications, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong analytical skills with proven knowledge of HR processes and the ability to translate them into effective technical solutions.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
Skilled in managing stakeholders and working effectively with HR, IT, outsourcing partners, and SaaS vendors in complex environments.
A “people person” who values collaboration and understands different cultures.
Persistent and patient, while being adaptable and flexible, ready to take on a diverse range of tasks.
A practical problem-solver with great attention to detail.

Furthermore:
The gross monthly salary (min. Eur 5.304 – max. Eur. 7.577) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and salary level is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
