Business Analyst Privacy Risk (OneTrust)

As a Business Developer, you will help drive the bank’s ambition to strengthen privacy risk management, working closely with the Privacy Office, Compliance, Privacy Program, Privacy CoE, In Control Monitoring Center (ICMC) and other stakeholders, and contributing to one of our top priorities: the enhancement and implementation of the OneTrust platform. This includes leveraging its capabilities in privacy risk management, data mapping, incident management, and regulatory compliance automation. 

You’ll be part of the Non-Financial Risk Business Grid (NFRBG), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve processes and IT solutions that support secure, compliant, and future-proof data handling. Your role is key in shaping how the bank responds to data breaches, manages privacy risks, and meets evolving regulatory expectations.

Your job

As a Business Developer, you help the bank move forward by designing and implementing solutions that add value. This position specifically focuses on the implementation of Global Privacy Frameworks, such as GDPR. You will translate product and process improvements into concrete value propositions, work items on the backlog and end-to-end solutions, keeping in mind technological advancements, digitalization trends, regulatory requirements, and internal stakeholder needs. You bring proven GDPR expertise and a strong grasp of privacy risk management, including data breaches and privacy risk related assessments. Experience with OneTrust, is a major plus and will help accelerate our privacy tooling and framework implementation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Privacy office, Privacy CoE, Privacy program, In Control Monitoring Center (ICMC), Compliance,  stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features and user stories. 
  • Design, improve, and implement products, processes, and systems that support privacy risk management. 
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders, build support for your proposals, and confidently present solutions to drive change. 
  • Develop sustainable, forward-looking solutions using technologies like (Gen) AI, machine learning, and big data. 
  • Monitor & analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform short- and long-term planning.

Your profile

  • Bonus: Experience with OneTrust and certifications like CIPP/E or other privacy/compliance credentials. 

 

Qualifications and skills: 

  • 5 to 7 years of work experience in relevant fields, such as (business) analysis, design, development, testing, or DevOps. 
  • You have experience in working in an agile environment (Scrum) and collaborating in multidisciplinary English-speaking teams. 
  • You have extensive knowledge of global privacy frameworks and laws (e.g. GDPR) and trends in the field of privacy and risk management. 
  • You know how to translate privacy requirements into solutions. You demonstrate experience working with the OneTrust Privacy platform, or relevant skills with regard to other low code applications. 
  • You excel in attitude/skills to liaise/collaborate with stakeholders and team, are flexible, eager to learn new things, and take responsibility for your own work as well as that of the team. 
  • You are proactive in convincing stakeholders and management of your ideas and have the courage to challenge requirements 

We are offering

  • A Business Developer III position (Hay 10) 
  • Benefit Budget: 11% of salary (to spend on additional employment benefits). 
  • Five weeks of paid vacation per year + the day after Ascension Day + Liberation Day (5 May). 
  • Option to purchase up to 4 additional weeks per year. 
  • Personal development budget: € 1,000/year, which can accumulate up to € 3,000. 
  • Hybrid work model (2 days in the office).
