Your job

You will act as a business management intern. 

Fixed Activities: 

• Preparation of MT meetings and offsites
• Coordination of on-boarding activities
• Facilitator of OKR setup and tracking 
• (Co-)prepare our monthly portfolio meeting with the heads of innovation

Project based (Examples of current projects):

• Re-evaluation research
• Collaborate with our peers at Innovation Lab
• Lead preparations for speaking engagements (e.g. work with chatGPT)
• Participate in projects aimed at improving Strategy & Innovation (e.g. fostering diversity and inclusion within S&I)

Your working environment

ABN AMRO is a leading Dutch Bank and has operations all over the world. We are currently looking for highly talented and skilled interns. Your contribution will be crucial in making ABN AMRO a bank that is prepared for the future. Our strategy is built on a culture of cooperation and constant learning. 

You will join the Strategy & Innovation team. They use innovative technology to create new softwares for services such as Payday or ID&pay. They also oversee the bank's adoption of new technologies and are presently implementing chat GPT in their contact center, for instance, to provide our coworkers with automated call summaries and an enhanced knowledge base. 

Your profile

- You are enrolled in a Dutch educational institution. This enrollment is for your internship's entire duration.

- You are studying in the direction of Business, Management, Organizational Management or any other related field.

-  Affinity with Business & Management within IT engineering, cloud, architecture, and AI is a plus.

- You are available for 6 months.

- You are very proficient in English.
