GenAI Project Lead

ABN AMRO’s AI team is seeking a visionary GenAI Project Lead to guide our efforts in leveraging AI across various domains in banking, including enhancing customer interaction within our contact center. As GenAI Project Lead, you’ll drive innovation, collaborate closely with business counterparts and champion the implementation of AI solutions that revolutionize the banking experience.

Your job

· Lead projects in (Gen)AI, developing cutting-edge solutions (e.g. to summarize and analyze customer conversations for our contact center), but also for various other domains in banking, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.

· Collaborate with entrepreneurs and business experts to ideate, design and implement AI solutions tailored to the address the unique challenges of our employees and customers.

· Co-create AI use cases and business cases with counterparts and business lines or ventures, with a focus on improving customer engagements and satisfaction across all touchpoints.

· Manage the vision, road map and backlog of AI initiatives to ensure a successful deployment and adoption across different areas of the bank.

· Drive risk related processes to ensure compliant production and implementation of AI solutions within the bank.

· Fostering culture of innovation and collaboration with the AI team empowering members to thrive and deliver exceptional results by mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level colleagues nurturing their growth and development within the AI domain.

Your profile

· Proven track record in leading AI initiatives with a focus on transforming customer interactions (minimum 5 years).
· Deep understanding of (Gen)AI technologies and their pratical applications.
· Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
· Visionary leader who can drive innovation and navigate complex challenges to deliver tangible results.
· Preference for candidate with startup or entrepreneurial experience along with familiarity working in agile environments.

We are offering
