Your job

You are responsible for the Employer Branding and Onboarding teams together with the People Manager. Your responsibilities include the development and maintenance of our employer branding strategy and brand positioning (Employee Value Proposition) aligned with our overall brand. You oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms (social media, career platforms, internal communication channels) to showcase the company culture, people experience and career opportunities. You work closely together with the recruitment teams to attract diverse talent pools through innovative campaigns, events and partnerships, leveraging digital marketing, employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques. You empower colleagues to become brand ambassadors, while they work with us and beyond. You monitor and manage the organisation’s online reputation as an employer. With regard to Onboarding you oversee the smooth welcome of new colleagues (including all processes and compliance aspects) and ensure a great send-off for those who leave. 
 

Working environment

You will become part of the Talent Domain within HR. As part of your role you will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Brand, Marketing & Communications, Compliance, IT and leadership teams to ensure alignment and integration of employer branding and onboarding initiatives with overall business objectives and brand identity.

Your profile

  • You have a higher professional education (hbo+)/ university-level (wo) work and thinking level;
  • Your background is in Marketing, Communications and HR;
  • You have a proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or related roles, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing (international) employer branding strategies;
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable employer branding plans and initiatives;
  • Your mindset is analytical with strong data analysis skills to measure and optimise the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives;
  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and emerging trends in employer branding and talent acquisition; 
  • You are a great communicator and storyteller. Able to present to, inspire and engage internal and external stakeholders;
  • You have experience with leading teams, able to motivate and manage a team of employer branding and onboarding professionals in a fast-paced environment;
  • You are passionate about employer branding, talent attraction and creating a great onboarding and off-boarding experience for joiners and leavers.


NB! We work in an agile team – it helps if you already have some experience with the agile way of working.

This is a permanent role in the Leadership Team of the Talent Domain with responsibility for Employer Branding and Onboarding. Our team is driven to attract, develop and retain the best talent for ABN AMRO’s purpose and strategy. Furthermore:

  • The gross monthly salary (€ 6.408 - 9.155) displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour workweek is also possible.
  • The benefit budget is 11% of your salary. The benefit budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the benefit shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your benefit budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
