Your job

You act as a process manager, coordinate and drive controlling broad topics in order to establish more uniformity and efficiency of the products and services to be delivered. In this role you are involved in the purchasing, external employees and budget processes and you act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the central Controlling department (i.e. CPC). In this role you have close contact with the other SPOCs within Financial Controlling.

Working environment

You will work in the Financial Controlling team, which is part of Controlling Intelligence. Controlling Intelligence is primarily responsible for providing high-quality management information in a highly automated manner, supporting our Business Controlling departments and CPC in effectuating their role as a business partner.

 

The Financial Controlling team works closely with the GRID, the Business Controller, the Business, Financial Accounting, ALM and CPC. Your workplace is dynamic with much room for personal development.

Your profile

You are energetic and have a structured approach to ensure a positive result. This result is sustainable and helps Controlling and thus the bank to achieve its objectives. You are not afraid to keeping asking in order to fully comprehend the topic and to challenge taboos, and you deal well with stakeholders. You are able to work independently and develop your own initiatives. You discuss progress and involve your colleagues from Financial Controlling and other relevant stakeholders. We are therefore looking for a energetic candidate who recognizes himself (as much as possible) in the following description:
 

  • Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience, including in the field of project management;
  • You are able to use your consulting type skillset to steering changes and projects
  • You (preferably) gained prior experience for example at a consulting firm, financial institution or corporate
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization;
  • Self-starting, results-oriented and organizationally sensitive; and
  • Empathetic and team player: hard on the content, soft on the person.

We are offering

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
