Corporate Banking Traineeship

Corporate Banking Traineeship

Are you convinced that the start of your career lies in the financial world? Then the Corporate Banking Traineeship is the perfect match. Through this intensive traineeship we will prepare you for a position at the ABN AMRO corporate bank.

What does the traineeship look like?

Together with your fellow-trainees from the Corporate Banking Traineeship, you will start with a five-week Nyenrode Business University crash course. Here you will get to know ABN AMRO, and the banking profession. You'll follow interactive financial training courses such as financial modelling, lending and derivatives. After the crash course, you'll move on to your specialisation, where you'll learn about the profession in the place where it really happens: the work floor. Besides paying attention to content, we also work on your personal development.

Tracks

Within the Corporate Banking Traineehip, you will start as a trainee within one of the five tracks; Corporate Finance, Credit Risk, Financing Solutions, Markets or Real Estate. The Corporate Banking Traineeship lasts two years, during which you will train in your chosen specialisation within Corporate Banking. The traineeship also provides you with a look behind the scenes of the other specialisations.

Corporate Finance

The Corporate Finance department advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, but also on stock market flotations. As a trainee in this department, you will work on presentations and valuations for companies, talk to investors and participate in negotiations.
