Your work influences senior stakeholders and helps ensure that critical services remain secure, stable and resilient in a rapidly changing environment.

Your job

You play a key role in professionalising risk management within CRO IT & Cyber. You bring structure to complex topics, translate regulations into practical requirements and create clear insights for decision-makers. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you strengthen risk oversight and support a resilient digital organisation.

You also:

You work closely with specialists in IT risk, cyber security, operational resilience, outsourcing risk and information security. Together, you help the bank meet regulatory expectations and strengthen its digital resilience. The environment combines analytical depth with collaboration and open dialogue. You interact regularly with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and contribute to a function that continues to mature and evolve. For this role, you are based in the Netherlands.

Your profile

You enjoy bringing clarity to complex topics and connecting people around a common objective. You combine sound judgement with a practical mindset and know how to translate technical and regulatory subjects into clear actions.
