The HR Innovation & Technology department of the ABN AMRO Bank is portfolio owner of I&T Learning and development initiatives. We are also responsible for development and maintenance of I&T learning initiative at ABN AMRO. Other projects within the team are Internship Desk, I&T digital learning platforms, the best relevant learning experience, and development a capability to improve public speaking.
Your job
The objective of the internship is to create an Innovation and Technology Management learning track together with the HR IT Lead. The exact deliverables can be negotiated with the candidate. Strong visioning and high-level thinking are highly valued and appreciated.
The lead of the I&T learning & development team translates the bank-wide learning priorities and the wishes expressed by the I&T organization into an I&T learning & development backlog (in coordination with the learning SPOC for I&T and the bank-wide L&D PO);
Working closely with the HR IT Lead, some of the intended goals of the traineeship are:
• Developing objectives on the core themes, namely research, education, and talent
• Planning and managing ongoing projects
• Following up on the execution of the deliverables
• Setting up project environment (e.g., Teams, agenda, minutes, etc.)
• Ensuring timely and accurate communication to project stakeholders
Your working environment
You will work together with a team of Learning & Development consultants, under the HR business line at ABN AMRO. To make it a success, we are looking for the best intern, in the fields of Learning & Development, and communications, to join us at the office!

Skills Required:
