To support our growth toward this ambition, we’re looking for a Senior Product Developer (full-time). Your job
As a Senior Product Developer, you execute the Product Strategy with the Product Owners. Customer centricity and digitalization play an important role in achieving our strategic goals. You are responsible for:
Product development and product reviews of our lending products
Translating ideas into the right products propositions that meet customer needs, in line with regulations and New10 brand values simple, fast and clear
Discussing opportunities with the stakeholders inside (e.g., Product Owners, Leadership Team) and outside (e.g. ABN AMRO Credit Risk, Legal and Compliance Department) New10 organization
Implementing new products or product features in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering Teams
Coordinates the product development process from design to approval and hand-over to Product Owner to implement in collaboration with multidisciplinary domain teams
Proposing continuous improvements on the lending products based on customer insights & feedback, market developments, and competition analyses realizing simple and clear lending products serving the client's needs

Your profile
has a minimum of 5+ years relevant working experience within the finance sector and experience with (online) lending
has a start-up/scale-up mentality

is a great communicator, in both Dutch and English
has hands-on experience in the agile way of working
has great stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with different people
