Your job
ABN AMRO is revamping the credit value chain across all non-retail business units, I.e. Corporate Banking, Business Banking and Wealth Management. This entails a focus on modernizing the lending journey, whereby we meet all regulatory requirements. The credit grids are focused on the delivery. Different teams are responsible for the systems and processes and develop capabilities which we use in the credit value chain. Our ambitious are high and the environment is complex. As business consultant in the Credit Chain team, it is your job to analyse high-over requirements for the Credit Grids in the Lending Transformation organisation. Requests can come from management, stakeholders, internal teams or be regulatory driven. By nature these requests are complex and require in-depth analysis together with experts of the different teams. When necessary you also act as a project lead/coordinator to ensure that delivery is well coordinated in the chain.
Working environment
You will be part of Lending Transformation, part of Financing Solutions ,and consists of the Credit Grids, Data Management and Product Management department. We are responsible for all non-retail lending products, data, processes and systems within ABN AMRO Bank. The Value Proposition Team Credit Chain is part of the Credit Lifecycle Grid, but works for all departments in the Lending Transformation organisation. It will be a new, relatively small team, which collaborates closely with all teams in the departments, but also with Risk, Finance, IT, Data Management and Architecture. Our product delivery begins with the needs of our clients. We use our knowledge, expertise and network to best understand their needs and ultimately deliver them a suitable and competitive product. We seek to improve the efficiency and predictability of client credit journeys through simplification, automation and digitalization where possible. And as such, we are working towards a futureproof IT and operational landscape that enhances our product delivery and which is regulatory compliant by design. We want clients to understand our products, communicating with them transparently and with plain language, and equally. We want to take ownership of credit risk that we truly understand and that is within our moderate risk profile. Your profile
You have 5+ years’ experience in a ‘change’ environment.
You have analytical skills and are able to in-depth perform analysis and translate this into an advice and proposals for a wide and diverse audience.
You are pragmatic and have a delivery mindset.
You are able to able to develop an alternatives and structural solutions, taking into account regulation and policies.
Where required, you lead and coordinate projects/initiatives for the credit grids. You collaborate easily across the silos and have a ‘getting things done’ mentality.
You are energetic by nature and focused on collaboration to achieve results.
You are able to oversee the complexity of lending, legislation and regulations, risk, finance and ICT. Previous experience in the credit domain is preferred.
You are a quick learner and are familiar within bank wide organisation, esp. sales, risk and data, IT organisation. Knowledge of credit domain is preferred.
You have basic knowledge of the Business and IT-architecture, process design & - management.
Dutch or English speaking. Understanding verbally and written Dutch is preferred.

Salary indication gross per year based on a 40-hour work week: Eur 75k - up to 110k all-in (incl. holiday allowance / benefit budget). Scale depends on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring (equal pay). A 36-hour work week is also possible.
