The importance of information security and fraud detection has strongly increased over the last few years. That is why we are continuously investigating smarter ways to make digital banking as secure as possible. This is quite a responsibility! Do you want to play a part in securing our bank and client data? We can really use your knowledge and experience as a devops engineer in the maintenance and development of our fraud data solutions. With this, you have a direct impact on preventing damages for both our customers, the bank and society.
You are part of a great team that is responsible from getting data from point A to point B. This sounds simple enough, however there are enormous amounts of data flowing through our systems each day. Data which we need to beat the fraudsters. We want you to be a lazy engineer. Your task is to innovate, build and maintain. We are looking for a mindset of automation over redundancy. You will be the team member who helps thinks of ways to minimize redundant work so that our focus is on the actual change needed to stay resilient. The challenge is that are coming fast. The world of fraud changes day-by-day, so it will never get boring.
Within ABN AMRO, we as a department are known to pioneer in the usage of new technologies and tools. The multi-skilled international team you will be part of, takes care of self-build as well as COTS-solutions which provide data to our fraud detection systems. We do management, streaming, analytics, all the things you can think of when hearing ‘something with data’.
Do you live to automate everything? Are you always coming up with things to improve? With your Azure experience and broad knowledge of engineering, you will be of great support.
You will become part of a highly motivated international team, consisting of a diversity of technical experts. Everyone is expected to contribute to the different tasks at hand, be it the development of our services, operational work to keep things running, and innovation to prepare ourselves for whatever the future will bring. You are result-driven, eager to learn, pragmatic and does not shy away from the dirty work.
