Your profile
You are ambitious, enthusiastic, and strive for perfection. You are a true team player who easily connects to stakeholders. You are able to translate customer and user needs into improvements for our ECM applications. In addition to this:
• You have extensive hands-on experience with ECM solutions for Input Management (IM), Documents Record Management (DRM) and Output Management (OM) • You have experience in requirements elicitation • You have experience with Monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace • You have knowledge of IT service management processes and Service Now • Understanding of the Financial Services Domain is a pre, credit card business preferred • Knowledge of APIs and SaaS/Azure is a plus requirement • You have experience with Agile methodologies • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills • You are fluent in English both in speech and writing. Preferably also able to speak Dutch • You are based in the Netherlands
