Your job
In this role your focus will be on change management and the adoption of our data capabilities. You are responsible for helping the Product Owners, Data Advisors in the adoption of the data management capabilities built by DM&A. This entails enterprise data assets, data distribution, data analytics and data issue management capabilities. You are in close contact with different stakeholders within and outside of DM&A to achieve this.
You will take the lead in creating the bank-wide Data Awareness & Education roadmap, together with the business units
You will help in gathering requirements for the new KPI on data awareness & education.
You help in the adoption of the Data Join Master Plan (DJMP) milestones
You will also have a PO role in the data academy, including the role out of the experts pages on data in MyLearning
You coach the (lead) product owners and data advisors in their communication and presentation skills
You organise internal and external events, such as the Big Demo of our data strategy, the Data Science in Finance Conference and new to be organised events for different target groups
You are the liaison with HR

Pro-active
Proven track record in the topic of change management and/or marketing & communication
A Masters’ degree, preferably in Business Administration (Bedrijfskunde), Management, Communication, Marketing or Organisational psychology
Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player

At least 10 years of working experience
