We are looking for a Domain Architect with the focus on the Value Cluster Credits. The grids that are within this value cluster are Credit & Collateral Lifecycle and Credit Capabilities grid. You are responsible on a daily basis for optimal use of and adjustments to the IT landscape, so that the business can serve our customers perfectly. Your job
As a Domain Architect you are a connector and responsible for the architecture support of IT changes that are carried out within the Credits domain. Your job is to guard the scope, provide solutions that are supported by both the customer and IT. You will be in connection with lots of departments because you are in the centre between Business and IT. As a sparring partner you will help the IT Lead, Grid Owner and Product Owner with the right cadres and solutioning. You play an important role in the implementation of the IT strategy of the bank.
Complexity of the job is in facilitating and supporting agile teams (Blocks) where knowledge is required of both application architecture and enterprise architecture so that solutions fit in the future state architecture. You will have the overview and support the quality of architecture and you are able to translate this information to colleagues. Together you will create the architecture required and solution to meet business demand. A Domain Architect has technical expertise, a long term vision, product knowledge and soft skills. One of you end products is a Solution Intent wherein all your skills come together in a architecture vision. All activities of the Domain Architect are based on creation of long term value keeping the future state architecture in mind.
Your responsibilities:
You are the point of contact for architecture
You know what ABN AMRO's vision is with regard to architecture / FSA and you are able to translate this into solutions for the teams
You are a sparring partner for the Engineering Leads, Grid Owners and Product Owners
You maintain the Current State Architecture
You escalate engineering and architecture issues in a timely manner towards the Enterprise Architect, Product Owner, IT Engineering Lead and / or the Shared Services Lead.

Due to technological developments and working Agile, the work environment is changing constantly. Architecture plays a major role in determining how the change is shaped. We are looking for an architect for the Credit Facility Management capability within the Value Cluster Credits.
Your profile
You have an eye for the challenges that architecture offers. Azure/software engineering background is very useful and you are able to identify challenges for our development engineers. You deliver quality in your solution intent, but you can also be pragmatic if necessary. In addition, you must be able to deal with architecture at a strategic level, but also to deliver a detailed solution. We are looking for a team player who can move effortlessly between different teams and stakeholders. Someone who is able to make the right decisions about short and long-term architecture choices and who enables the delivery teams to work independently on IT delivery.
