Within Wealth Architecture we are working on simplifying the system landscape and coming up with solutions for new laws & regulations and wishes from customer groups. In addition, we support the other value chains within the Grid Wealth. Investment is one of the most complex products and very challenging. Knowledge of Investment products, Investment processes and affinity with systems is necessary for this position.
Your work
As a Business Developer within Wealth Architecture, you are responsible for conceiving and working out the solution, and then handing it over to one or more scrum teams for implementation. You know the interests and wishes of your customers and stakeholders and ensure that the solution is as efficient as possible and future-proof from a system landscape perspective. You will look for smart solutions that fit internal and external market and bank requirements. You will also help to write a vision for the system landscape of Investment for the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. You have very good knowledge of Investment products, Investment processes and affinity with systems.
Work environment
You will work within the Grid Wealth. The Grid is clearly and logically defined by value chains and teams with end-to-end responsibility for one or more product groups, channels or enablers in which business and IT colleagues work together in an agile way. Wealth Architecture consists of a small team of specialists with a very broad scope. From Wealth Architecture, all clusters within the Grid Wealth are supported and developments in the market are also considered.
Your profile
WO working and thinking level
5 to 10 years relevant work experience, of which at least 3 years experience in a siege related role.
Experience in project management, process improvement, stakeholder and expectation management within complex organizations and possess the necessary skills
Knowledge of financial services and current trends in investing in general, Investments products, Investment processes, relevant infrastructure, backend systems, platforms, applications, IT outsourcing, Service Management processes and procedures and software development.
Experience in finding the right balance between acting from customer interests, compliancy with laws and regulations and future-proofing the systems. You see this as a challenge, for which you like to come up with creative solutions
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience in a function with an international character (where you have to interact with offices in multiple countries)
You know how to connect, both within your team and outside with other stakeholders
You have experience with architecture and solutioning
You are involved, driven and collaborative
