The Risk MI team in the Reporting Grid is responsible for preparing the Credit Risk Reports used for internal steering purposes.

The Risk MI team in the Reporting Grid is responsible for preparing the Credit Risk Reports used for internal steering purposes
Working environment
You operate within the Finance and Risk Reporting Grid. This is a cluster of Agile teams called Value Delivery blocks. You will become responsible for the Risk MI domain. You sculpt the future proof solutions for Financial and Risk Reporting. The GRID consists of approx. 150 colleagues, who all share the passion for continuously improving the vast set of reports created by the bank. You also contribute to the medium and long term strategy for the Finance and Risk landscape. You will have plenty of opportunity to work with colleagues outside the Reporting GRID. We are highly dependent on other GRIDs to jointly create a streamlined supply chain of correct and complete data. We help you develop yourself both professionally and as a person.You will work in a diverse, dynamic and international team that works according to the scaled agile method and is organized in accordance with DevOps way of working.
Together with the Grid Owner and the other Domain leads, you form the leadership of the Reporting Grid. Every Domain lead is responsible for managing their own teams and portfolio whilst also ensuring cross-domain alignment and collaboration, and a good grid-wide working environment.
Your profile
You have the ambition to lead a team and to further develop your managerial and leadership skills. In addition to an interest in/ affinity with complex and analytical matters, also a sense of organizational dynamics, taking responsibility and standing firmly in your shoes is important. You are a strong communicator and are able to see the bigger picture.

8 (or more) years of work experience
Drive to improve self and the team
Organizational sensitivity and able to adopt different styles to optimize effectiveness
Analytical, able to understand complex matters quickly

Natural/ informal leadership
Knowledge of Risk MI tooling, Agile/DevOps and data processing management is a plus
