The Client Unit Personal & Business Banking is responsible for three client segments: Consumer Clients, Affluent Clients and Business Clients & Ecosystems (self-employed and SME), two product units (Transaction Banking and Home Financing), Digital Customer Engagement and three enabling functions: Processes & Control, Business Implementation and Strategy Office. We serve private clients with assets up to €500,000 and business clients with a turnover of up to €25 million. Our focus is on creating the right combination between offering (digital) convenient solutions and distinctive expertise, also embedding sustainability in customer value propositions.
The Strategy Office Personal & Business Banking consists of 10 business strategy consultants. The Strategy Office supports the management team of Personal & Business Banking (P&BB) with strategic analysis and preparation of material for interaction with external stakeholders, the Executive Board and the supervisory board. This work is done in close collaboration with the Group Strategy & Innovation team as well as Finance and the segments within P&BB. Examples of recent assignments has been defining a strategy for attracting minor clients, defining the ambition in sustainability, and setting up the Objectives & Key Results for the coming years. We have a nice mix of seniority levels in the team. As a senior strategy consultant, you will have an important role in improving the way-of-working of the team, coaching more junior colleagues, and you are a thought leader on specific banking topics and sparring partner for senior management. The head of Strategy Office reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of the client unit Personal & Business Banking.
