Do you want the opportunity to contribute to the Data Issue Management in ABN AMRO? As a Business enabler / PMO you help to execute the bank’s ambition to accelerate the resolution of Data Issues. You ensure steering of the banks’ vision and objectives through strategic alignment, process improvement initiatives, quality assurance, stakeholder management and communication.

 

Delivering results requires a strong collaboration across multiple departments. You work with multiple highly skilled people in the business to realize strategic key projects, and you are part of the Data Issue Management team within the Central Data Office (CDO). Together with your colleagues you contribute to large, bank-wide initiatives that drive the execution of the strategy .

Your job

As Business enabler / PMO, you will have a central role in delivering value through the execution of the Data Issue Management process. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business lines are aligned to the central priorities, initiatives are delivered on time to the expected quality standards, and impediments are identified and managed.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor towards the business lines and engage with key stakeholders in the execution of our strategy
  • Create insights for reporting towards senior management
  • Ensure there is a clear progress update and relevant overviews of status, impediments, and dependencies
  • Challenge the stakeholders to identify risks and impediments and help them determine and execute mitigating actions
  • Enable communication between the requesting and delivering parties to ensure the priorities/requirements are aligned
  • Contribute to the continuous process improvement initiatives in the team
  • Facilitate workshops and knowledge sessions

Working environment

As our Business enabler / PMO, you become part of the core team Data Issue Management, responsible for the Data Quality Issue Management process within Central Data Office (CDO). In this growing team of professionals, we aim to help the bank control its Data Quality by creating transparency, letting parties take their accountability in solving issues, making the process more efficient and creating the right insights to enable correct decision making.

 

The scope of the process is the entire bank, so the team is in constant collaboration with all business lines, international branches and subsidiaries. The expectations are high which is one of the reasons why we're looking for new colleagues.

We are offering

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
