Your job

We are looking for someone to design and continuously improve our new digital end-to-end lending processes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the future of lending.
You will be working for Credit Facility Management, a shared capability team that is responsible for the lifecycle of credit facilities (on boarding, monitoring, maintenance, termination). The challenge is to modernize the technology so that data is available 24/7 and the administration is easily configurable for new requirements. 

Your role will involve driving requirement gathering from direct stakeholders, such as Operations, Finance and other Credit related teams, and turning these into technical designs for our applications . As the bridge between end-users and our developers, you will learn the the core part of the Corporate Credit Chain and get insight in the daily tasks of our main stakeholders. In order to excel at this job, you need to be creative, good at stakeholder management, organized, empathetic towards users, like a challenge, and eager to learn about our software and processes.

Examples of day-to-day tasks include:

  • Analysing services, business processes, information flows, user and system requirements to identify opportunities.
  • Translating product roadmap features into concrete user stories by identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
  • Creating visuals and clear documentation to develop a shared understanding of the topic and improve organizational learning.
  • Supporting implementation, helping the development team to deliver quality by collaborating on test design and user acceptance tests.

Working environment

We are excited to welcome you to our Business developer team within the Credit Facility Management Program. You will work closely with colleagues from IT teams and other teams outside Credit Facility Management department, which contribute to the program such as Credit Operations and subject matter experts from departments such as Lending, Risk, and Finance. Every other Tuesday, we come together for our Credit Facility Managament office day, where we share ideas, insights, and progress on our lending platform. Your profile

As a problem-solver, you enjoy tackling complex challenges and providing structure to problems. You take ownership of challenges and can translate requirements into functionalities in collaboration with our IT teams. You are a connector, building bridges and bringing others together. 
We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and aim for experience related to Credits. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and can bring a positive attitude to the team. We will provide you with the necessary training and support to excel in the role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, or Master's degree in any field
  • Ability to identify solution options and present advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner
  • Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management
  • Affinity towards technology, data structures, and querying
  • Knowledge of Credits, especially around Credit Facility Management (ACBS)  is a plus and willingness to learn is necessary
  • Self-starter with a critical look and positive attitude

  • the Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
