Your job

As Associate Director, you will play a key role in structuring, executing, and managing project financings within the energy transition sector. This includes renewable energy projects like solar, wind, energy storage, biofuels, PtX and more. You will maintain strong client relationships and oversee transactions throughout the entire credit lifecycle—from origination and initial credit applications to documentation and internal processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of our portfolio and commercial activities such as client pitches and market expansion.

Join a vibrant team of 11 FIG DCM professionals, ranging from junior to senior members. While Amsterdam is our primary base, we also have teams working from our Paris, Frankfurt and London offices Our team thrives on diversity, collaboration, and innovation, fostering an environment where your ideas illuminate the path forward. Your profile

• University degree with at least 6-7 years of experience in structured/project finance.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for the European energy transition.
• Proven expertise in credit processes, risk analysis, and portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication abilities.
