Your job

As a Consultant (entry/mid-level) you will contribute to (multiple) projects within Credits & Data Expertise. Together with the project lead, you serve our clients by realizing high quality execution within set time frame and budget. Specifically for the assignment for CCOC, you will act as a vital link between CCOC “Credit Chain Oversight Committee” and all bank initiatives, working to identify problems and understand stakeholder needs. Creating insight, overview, and control over end-to-end change.

Your work includes the following:

• You analyse project information, provide insight into the progress made in projects, and develops project proposals on the basis of instructions.
• You lead sub-projects, usually at departmental level. 
• You are an knowledgeable in the area of process and/or project management techniques.
• You identify opportunities for improvement in project proposals, other proposals, and simple processes within your area of responsibility.
• Facilitate the development of project plans and implementation plans.
• Participating in a project team of consultants and business experts.
• Organize and contribute to working sessions and expert meetings.
• Prepare and monitor project deliverables and actions.
• Stakeholder management.

As a Consultant in our Strategy Execution & Implementation department, you'll be part of the Credits & Data team consisting of 15-25 Consultants. This team has a central role in the Strategy Execution & Implementation department within the COO organization. Your assignment for the (at least) the next 2 years is within the Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC) team within Corporate Banking. The CCOC is responsible for ensuring proper alignment of the Credit Domain within the bank and driving change in the end-to-end credit chain. In our team, approximately 12 people work together in a hybrid work environment, with frequent communication to solve credit-(chain)-related issues. We help each other to fix things for the greater benefit of the bank. Located at our Amsterdam head office, you'll occasionally work from our different branches and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working. Your profile

We're looking for a driven, analytical professional with a hands-on mentality and a passion for continuous improvement. As a proactive team player, you take ownership of your work and use your analytical and independent approach to drive results. Your excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset enable you to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
 

In summary, we're seeking a candidate who brings:

• A university level education, 2-5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the world of banking (lending) and/or risk management is a strong plus a well as background in consultancy
• Strong analytical and thinking skills
• Extensive project management experience
• Experience in stakeholder management on both senior and lower levels
• Experience working with different methodologies, such as Agile and Prince2
• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Professional working proficiency in English and preferably in Dutch
