The department is responsible for making the best offers at the right time, through the most suitable touchpoint and with the best tone of voice by utilizing the power of data & (advanced) analytics. Therefore, we aim to be truly personal and relevant at scale for the benefit of all our customers.  As a front-end developer, you contribute to this Vision together with team Moneyball. Together with your team, you stay up-to-date on the latest developments in this area and you mentor your team members in becoming experts in the field of front-end. You will be joining team Moneyball as a front-end developer. The team focusses on our tag management solutions and bankwide DEQ. Your job is to help our team to optimize and improve our front-end components, so that we can get more out of our stack. Our employees get the freedom to grow and experiment. Your job

As the front-end developer, you will combine working as an IT Engineer in a team, with your role as front-ender. Most of the time you will work in your own block on refining, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, maintaining and realizing good quality and future proof IT solutions. This includes:

• Educating yourself and others with the right technical capabilities and the latest innovations
• Mentoring your team members on technical craftmanship, especially for front-end                                                                           
• Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining triangles, circles, communities and events
• Working in a DevOps environment and advocating the Agile and CICD processes
• On a people level you love coaching your team
• Establish and take ownership of our own domain and hosting
• Build a front-end pipeline
• Increase Javascript, Jason and CSS code quality
• Further futureproofing and IT hardening of our tag management system and DEQ

Do you think you are a fit? Check your profile:

• You have a proven track record and proficiency in IT development (Javascript, Json, HTML & Webcomponents)
• You are a hero in SaaS technologies (preferably Tealium IQ, AudienceStream and Qualtrics)
• You can back-up your claim of IT development seniority with regards to Automation and CI/CD through certifications like ITIL, DASA DevOps, etc.
• You are the expert, the go-to person or guru when it comes to DevOps and Agile
• A track record and hands-on experience in the delivery of our technologies helps
• You are comfortable with coaching people and have good people skills
• Experienced in setting up Frond-End pipelines
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Understand and act upon the Scrum Values (openness, courage, commitment, respect and focus)
