• You've got experience as a Business Analyst, Requirement Engineer, and/or Solution Designer, and you've worked in a fast-paced scale-up environment
• You've got experience with software implementations and/or learnings from software implementations
• You're a pro at analyzing and solving problems, and you use data and insights to make things better
• You thrive well in an environment with tight deadlines and can set the right priorities for yourself and the team
• You have an engaging and approachable communication style, which allows you to simplify complicated topics, translate technical information into understandable language, and extract information efficiently.
• You're a creative whiz with (digital) visualization and modelling techniques, for example with UML
• You've got a strong grasp of Requirement Definition techniques, including elicitation, analysis, validating, documenting, and managing requirements
• You have a keen interest in the latest developments in the business analysis domain and technologies and are eager to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
